TS−I Series High Performance Synchronous Servo Drive for Injection Molding Machine
TS - I series is a special synchronous servo drive with high performance, high reliability and high speed response for injection molding machine, shoe machine, hydraulic machinery oil-electric hybrid system. The product is a flexible and diverse digital control module based on DSP, a high-performance digital signal processor. According to the control algorithm and software of various servo motors, high performance vector control, accurate position and speed control, high speed control with nonlinear weak magnetic and vector control with low speed under position corrected space are realized. At the same time, to meet the requirements of high-speed and high-precision servo control, the built-in automatic anti-disturbance control and control algorithm on speed observation are combined with feed forward compensation control and command smoothing technology. these have better dynamic tracking and steady-state performance, and truly realize high response, high precision and high reliability on servo. According to characteristics of hydraulic machinery, the PQ control algorithm is fully decoupled, which improves response speed, and facilitate mutual conversion between smooth moving speed and pressure control on hydraulic machinery.
