Good News: V&T’s Investee BASiC Semiconductor Lists on HKEX
V&T’s portfolio company BASiC Semiconductor (09971.HK) has been listed on HKEX Main Board as Hong Kong’s first SiC chip stock. V&T invested RMB12 million in its C2 round in 2022. BASiC Semiconductor owns full‑value‑chain SiC power device capabilities and supplies mass‑produced SiC solutions for new‑energy vehicles.

Great News: V&T Successfully Secures CCS Type Approval Certification
V&T’s self‑developed motor controller has obtained Type Approval Certificate issued by China Classification Society (CCS). This qualification validates its compliance for ship and offshore engineering applications in design, reliability and manufacturing verification.
