V5−T is a special inverter with high-performance vector control on Tension Control. It devotes to controlling speed  with roll diameter calculation and tension matched with pendulum but no encoder.
V6−T is a special inverter with high-performance torque control and vector control on Tension Control. It devotes to controlling speed with an encoder, roll diameter calculation and tension pendulum and also or not. With the requirements met on rewinding and unwinding machine, it not only achieves requirements of cost saving, improvement on product quality and production efficiency,but also easy maintenance and easy debugging.

The coiling machine is an irreplaceable device for the production of strip and wire, such as the coiling of plastic tape, the coiling of paper in paper mills, the coiling of sheet metal in alloy plants, and the coiling of copper. If the inverter uses torque to control tension, the vector inverter must be replaced because the vector inverter has high torque and fast response.


On some small equipment, if the tension is adjusted by the adjusting roller, the tension does not have a clear requirement for the speed of the frequency converter, and it can be replaced by a frequency converter with PID control.
