Stepping Motor, as a common electrical actuator, is widely used in the field of automatic control. The operation of the stepping motor needs to be equipped with a special driving power supply. The output of the driving power supply is controlled by external pulse signals and direction signals. Each pulse signal can make the stepping motor rotate at a fixed angle, which is called step angle. The number of pulses determines the total angle of rotation, and the frequency of pulses determines the speed of rotation. The direction signal determines the direction of rotation. As for a specific equipment whose transmission speed ratio is determined, the moving distance and speed of the moving parts of the equipment can be controlled only by controlling the number and frequency of pulses without distance and speed signal feedback loops; The direction signal can control the direction of movement. Therefore, for those applications where the control precision requirement is not very high, open-loop control is a relatively simple and economical electrical control technical scheme. In addition, the subdivision operation mode of stepping motor is very practical, although its step angle is limited by mechanical manufacturing and cannot be made very small, however, the operation of the stepping motor can be divided into m small steps by electrical control to improve the accuracy and stability of equipment operation. Numerical control system is commonly used to control pulse and directional signal sources of stepping motor power supply, but PLC (Programmable Controller)It is an ideal technical solution. 1. The pitch of the lead screw refers to the distance between every two wires of the lead screw, for example, the pitch is 5 MM. 2. The stepping angle of the motor refers to the angle at which a pulse drives the stepping motor to rotate, for example, the stepping angle is 1. For an 8-degree motor, one turn is required: 360 degrees ×1. 8 degrees = 200 pulses. 3. The subdivision of the driver means: dividing the stepping angle into N equal parts, for example, 8 Subdivision means dividing 1. The stepping angle of 8 degrees is further divided into 8 points, and after Subdivision, each step of the motor is 1. 8 degrees ÷8 = 0. 225 degrees, one turn is required: 360 DEGREES ÷0. 225 degrees = 1600 pulses. 4. Motor Parameters refer to: the length of each step, the lead screw with a pitch of 5 goes 5MM per turn, and each step is 5 ÷1600 = 0. 003125/step. 5. Pulse equivalent refers to the number of pulses required for every 1MM traveled. Dividing 1 by motor parameters is the pulse equivalent, such as: 1 ÷0. 003125 = 320 steps.
