Servo motor controller: it is a controller used to control servo motor. Its function is similar to that of frequency converter acting on common AC motor. It is part of servo system and is mainly applied to high-precision positioning system.
Generally, the servo motor is controlled by position, speed and torque to realize high-precision positioning of the transmission system. At present, it is a high-end product of transmission technology.

The Circuit of the servo motor controller consists of a motor rectifier circuit: the main topology circuit of the rectifier unit is a three-phase full bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit, the essence is the series connection of three-phase half-wave controlled rectifier circuit of a group of common cathodes and a group of common anodes. The three intergranular tubes that are used to connect the cathodes are called common cathode groups;
The three transistors connected by the anodes are called common anode groups.
Power Drive circuit: the Power Drive unit generally adopts an intelligent power module, which rectifies the input three-phase power or commercial power through a three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding DC.
The power unit is a high-voltage Inverter component that uses power power electronic devices for rectification, filtering and inversion. It is mainly composed of rectifier Bridge, silicon controlled rectifier, electrolytic capacitor, IGBT and other devices.
The whole process of the Power Drive unit can be simply said to be AC-DC-AC process.
Motor control circuit: the main circuit uses digital signal processor as the control core, which can realize more complex control algorithms and carry out intelligent control.
