Number of motor poles: n=60*f/n=60*133/2000=3.99=4, so the motor has 4 pole pairs, which is an 8-pole motor, P9.01=8
Rated motor number: r1=60*250/4=3750r/min. Due to the error of the actual rated speed, it is generally too small, so the actual rated speed can be set as: r2=3700 r/min, ie P9.02=3700 r/min
Rated power of the motor: The rated current of the motor is 5.6A, and the rated power of the motor can be 2.2KW, so P9.03=2.2kW Motor rated current: P9.04=5.6A
No-load current of the motor: I=5.6A*40%=2.24A, we take P9.05=2.5A

When this parameter is set, the strength of the engraving and milling machine is not enough. At this time, the operating parameters of the inverter are observed as follows: the frequency is running at 106.8HZ, and the output current is 0.9A~1.1A.
The correct function code setting parameters are: P0.03=0, P0.04=1, P0.06=1, P0.08=5, P0.09=5, P0.11=400, P0.13=400, P0.14=5, P0.15=250HZ, P5.00=2, P9.01=8, P9.02=3700 r/min, P9.03=2.2 kW, P9.04=5.6A, P9.05 =2.5A, according to this parameter setting, the strength of the engraving and milling machine is obviously increased. At this time, the operating parameters of the inverter are observed as follows: the frequency is operated at 80HZ, and the output current is changed from 1.6A to 1.8A.
At this time, a V/F multi-segment curve point is set, which can better improve the output of the inverter: P4.00=1, P4.05=133HZ, P4.06=58%, P4.07=250HZ, P4.08=100 %, at this time, observe the inverter operating parameters as: run at 80Hz frequency, the output current is 1.8A~2.0A. The strength of the engraving and milling machine has been significantly increased. Raise the V/F curve as:
5. Matters needing attention
It can be known from the comparison of the input inverter parameters above that it is very important to calculate the correct parameters of the input inverter according to the motor nameplate, so that the output of the motor is larger and can better meet the needs of customers.
The V/F curve adjustment parameter setting is generally better to increase the voltage corresponding to a frequency by 10% as an improvement point. For example, 133HZ corresponds to 200V, and it is better to raise the voltage to 220V here. After adjusting the V/F curve, it is necessary to increase the output of the machine. For the standard of setting, observe how the grinding and casting parts of the engraving and milling machine are output.
During the debugging process, observe the output current and running frequency of the inverter, and then observe the appearance of the polished casting to determine whether the adjustment parameters meet the requirements.
