Eight Principles of inverter energy saving

When selecting frequency converter for speed regulation or energy saving, the following eight principles should be observed as the premise for determining the scheme. The local electricity price is high, and when the same amount of electricity is saved, the economic income is even greater, which is also an inevitable consideration. 1)There are certain conditions for the inverter to save electricity. Under the condition of not affecting the use, after appropriately changing the operating parameters, the electric energy consumed by unreasonable operating parameters can be saved, and the general operation can be transformed into economic operation. 2) To save energy, we must reduce the frequency. The larger the drop value, the more power saving. Without reducing the frequency, the frequency converter cannot save electricity in principle. 3)It is related to motor load rate. The load rate is 10% ~ At 90% kilowatt hours, the power saving rate is about 8% ~ 10%, low load rate and higher power saving rate. However, the reactive power saving rate is about 40% ~ 50%, excluding electricity charges. 4) It is related to the rationality of the original operating condition parameter value. For example, it is related to the adjustable magnitude of pressure, flow rate, rotation speed, etc. If the adjustable amount is large, the power saving rate will be high, otherwise the opposite will be true. 5)It is related to the original adjustment method. It is very uneconomical to adjust the operating parameters by using the import or export valve mode. If it is changed to the inverter speed regulation, it is economical and reasonable. After using frequency converter to speed up, it can save 20% more electricity than using manual valve to adjust the operation method ~ 30%. 6)It is related to the original speed regulation method. For example, the original use of slip motor speed regulation, because the speed regulation efficiency is low, especially in the middle and low speed, the efficiency is only less than 50%, very uneconomical, after the inverter speed regulation, this part of the power is saved. At present, most of the light industry, textile, paper making, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber and other industries are still using slip motors, so the use of frequency converters to achieve energy conservation is a top priority. 7)It is related to how the motor works. For example, the energy saving of continuous operation, short-term operation and intermittent operation is different. 8)It is related to the length of motor start time. For example, if you start the machine 24 hours a day, the electricity saving for 365 days a year will be large, whereas it will be small.
