Product Overview

VA series is a high performance synchronous and asynchronous AC servo driver developed for permanent magnet synchronous AC motor and three-phase asynchronous motor. VA series support RS485 communication and EtherCAT bus, and combine with  the upper computer to have multiple servo drivers controlled with networking and field bus system.

Digital Servo Processors

It can implement more complex control algorithms, and realize digitalization, networking and intelligence. Power devices generally use a drive circuit designed with the Intelligent Power Module (IPM) as the core. The drive circuit is integrated in the IPM, and it also has over-voltage, over-current, overload, under-voltage and other fault detection and protection circuits. Start-up circuit to impact the driver in series during the start-up process. The power drive unit first rectifies the input high-voltage power or mains power through a series full-bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding DC power. The permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor is driven by rectifying the normal upstream power or the city power, and then by the inverter sinusoidal PWM voltage type inverter. The whole process of the power drive unit can be simply said as the process of AC-DC-AC. The main waveform circuit of the rectifier unit (AC-DC) is a series full-bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit.

With the large-scale application of servo systems, the use of servo drives, servo drive debugging, and servo drive maintenance are all relatively important technologies of servo drives today. More and more industrial control technology service providers have conducted in-depth research on servo drives.

Servo driver is an important part of modern motion control. It is widely used in industrial robots and CNC machining centers and other automation equipment.
